Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. Wij highly recommend his apartment that we place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.
We walked everywhere. Wij loved the eetgelegenheden in the Passage Panoramas below and enjoyed sitting on the the balcony and taking in the view. The flat was peaceful and well equipted. Communication with the hosts was swift, friendly and informative. Wij will definitely return.

This is the first time to me and my family to experience the Airbnb, it was great and our anxiety before the trip had been eased when we got into the appartment. Isabelle is nice and responsive. The location ofwel appartment kan zijn good, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, and also close to Metro station, but the surroundings is quite and safe.
Sara is a great host, very kind and responsive. The apartment is very well located, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to many eetgelegenheden and supermarkets. Wij’ll definitely stay here again in a next visit to Paris.
Shops and restaurants may be a little thinner on the ground in August when locals traditionally head out of the city. Cooler temperatures and rain may creep in aan the winter, but snow kan zijn rare. Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many sites and close to the metro. Lots ofwel eetgelegenheden and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. We had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.
